The focus of courses is on experiential learning: taking the information into the body and experiencing the techniques and concepts in yourself and others. Course meditations and exercises help you to relax and focus, while hands-on practice enables your body to learn techniques that support the theory you’ve learned in lecture.
The learning environment is relaxed and non-judgmental, so you can find a safe place for your experience. Adding a bit of fun to coursework strengthens the lessons. And, as we learn about ourselves and others, we find humor and tolerance in everyday life.
As you continue through the curriculum, you’ll find that each successive course builds carefully upon what you’ve already learned, adding new material you can immediately use in your life and practice.
